Asian vending machines drill holes in, dispense coconuts

Looking to sip fresh coconut juice? In Asia, vending machines are are drilling holes for straws in a coconuts, then dispensing them, according to a report in tripzilla.ph, a travel and culture publication. The straw is not included.

Such machines are available in China, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore.

In Tawain, the machines charge ₱114.81 ($2.25) per coconut.
