Asda, EG c-stores expand coffee kiosks

The Issa brothers, owners of Asda supermarkets and EG convenience stores in the U.K., will install more than 200 Leon coffee kiosks in their stores, according to a Lancashire Telegraph report. Brothers Mohnsin and Zuber Isaa acquired Leon, a fast food brand, last year.

The kiosks have already been installed in 65 of EG convenience stores and 33 Asda stores, and more than 100 will be installed in Asda stores next year, making a total of 200 installs.

Coffee prices start at £2.50 ($2.95).

The brothers founded Euro Garages (EG) which operates in Europe, the U.S. and Australia.
