As Goes CES So Goes The Consumer Jan 6-9

LAS VEGAS -- The International Consumer Electronics Show is ramping up for its 2015 run Jan. 6-9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

CES has become increasingly important for many involved in coin-op entertainment. In addition to being the place where the latest technological geegaws, gizmos and gadgets are previewed, the show has become aligned with the entertainment industry. This is evidenced by the number of C-level execs from such well-known media companies as CBS, Disney and Fox set to make appearances.

CES is also widely acknowledged as setting consumer expectations for upcoming technology.
