Arctic Glacier Premium Ice acquires Southeastern Ice of Oklahoma

Arctic Glacier LLC, a provider of ice products and related services, has acquired Southeastern Ice in Wilburton, Oklahoma, a provider of cubed and block ice, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Southeastern Ice has an additional distribution facility in Madill, Oklahoma, providing cubed and block ice industrial and commercial companies across the Southwestern U.S.

Additionally, Southeastern Ice has an automated purified ice manufacturing facility with production, warehouse and distribution capacity.

The transaction represents Arctic Glacier's 11th acquisition in two years.
