Arca Continental, the Mexico-based Coca-Cola bottler and snack producer, will acquire Imperial, a vending business based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, according to a Just Drinks report. The deal was confirmed in a filing with the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores).
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to its website, Imperial's operations also include supplying beverages to offices and providing on-site dining services.
The acquisition aligns with Arca Continental's previously announced investment strategy for 2025, which includes a planned expenditure of 18 billion pesos ($883 million) to enhance production and distribution. A significant portion of this investment is earmarked for its operations in the United States.
In a statement about its 2025 plans, the company said its investments "primarily focus on our beverage business."
