Aramark to spin off uniform services division

Aramark Corp. plans to spin off Aramark Uniform Services into an independent, publicly traded company, according to a press release. The transaction is intended to be structured as a tax-free spinoff to Aramark and its stockholders.

The company expects the spin-off to occur by the end of fiscal 2023.
