Aramark teams with German vegan food provider

Aramark has formed a partnership with Veganz, a Berlin based vegan food provider, to focus on catering, sports and events, according to a report from Lebensmittel Praxis, a Germany-based food trade magazine.

The partners have developed dishes including a vegan bratwurst and soy strips.

Veganz vegan products include snacks and meat and fish substitutes.
