Aramark moves ahead with uniform services spinoff

Aramark Corp. has filed a Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its previously announced spin-off of Aramark Uniform Services into a standalone publicly traded company. The Form 10 was filed by Epic NewCo Inc., which will hold Aramark Uniform Services upon the completion of the spin-off.
