Aramark lays off 500 in Kansas City

Aramark announced 500 layoffs at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City because of the pandemic, according to a kmbc.com report.

Baseball fans have not been permitted at the stadium due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The company said in a Missouri filing it is underoing an "unprecedented disruption" to its business.
