Aramark closes private offering of $1.5 billion in senior unsecured notes

Aramark has closed its private offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior unsecured notes due 2025, according to a press release.

The aggregate principal amount was increased to $1.5 billion from the initial $1.25 billion due to strong lender demand. The issuer intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
