Aramark acquires UK caterer Wilson Vale

Aramark Corp. has acquired Wilson Vale, a U.K. caterer, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Wilson Vale joins the Aramark U.K. business, part of Aramark Northern Europe operations.

Co-founded and run by Andrew Wilson and Carolyne Vale, Wilson Vale will operate as an autonomous brand within Aramark's U.K. portfolio. It will retain its existing leadership team, employees, clients, suppliers and customers.
