Applestone Solutions releases vending software for OEMs

Applestone Solutions, a vending machine software developer, released an update to its retail solution designed specifically for OEMs. The cloud-based software is compatible with Android, Linux and Microsoft Windows machines, offering flexibility and unique features, according to a press release.

"Operators and retailers want to vend everything from perishable food to electronics to regulated products, and they should be able to use exactly the right hardware for their needs," Greg Kelleher, CTO of Applestone, said in the release.

Key features include universal compatibility, item-level tracking, pricing variations and multiple network connectivity modes. The solution empowers OEMs to focus on hardware innovation while providing customers with a powerful and adaptable software platform.
