PHILADELPHIA -- AMI Entertainment Network said it has developed a remote settings feature for its line of digital downloading jukeboxes. The new tool permits operators to adjust many jukebox variables through AMI's operator website.
Operators whose AMI jukeboxes have been updated to software version 4.4 or higher can adjust them from home or office over the Internet. This is done by logging onto the operator's account at amientertainment.net to access a variety of settings, including FreeÂPlay, Do Not Disturb, Genre and Artist Lockouts, along with Aux Audio and Schedule, Video Caching and Default Volume. The website already offers tools permitting remote monitoring and management.
AMI explains that it is dedicated to providing operators with the tools needed to oversee their jukeboxes and maximize profits. The new ability to access and adjust jukebox settings remotely can save time and resources, the company noted.
