PHILADELPHIA -- The latest update to AMI Entertainment's BarLink app enables users to view top local music video plays on their phones. This feature is designed to make it easier for patrons to select a location's preferred music video content.

BarLink works with AMI's jukeboxes and video jukeboxes. Additionally, BarLink users can now add up to $20 per transaction to their AMI mobile wallets. The increased BarLink credit limit matches the highest credit amount offered on jukeboxes.

In addition to Internet jukeboxes, AMI provides a location-based TV service called Tap TV. An update to Tap TV adds support for IRIS server connectivity troubleshooting. A new indicator has been added to the network status screen within the Tap TV configuration screens on televisions. This will help diagnose firewall issues affecting a connection.

AMI made several updates to its operator website. When logged in to the site, existing Operator Assistant and Location Manager users will see an alert prompting them to review and confirm their email addresses. New assistant and manager users will be prompted to review and confirm their email addresses upon first login.
