AMI Entertainment Network giveaway honors Joe Strummer

AMI Entertainment Network's newest giveaway honors the late Joe Strummer. The contest is open today through May 19, 2021, according to a press release.

One fan will win a Strummer t-shirt, bandana and the new collection of his solo material, "Assembly," on both CD and vinyl.

Music fans can enter the contest using the AMI Music app available on iOS and Android. The contest entry is also available on any participating AMI Jukebox.

"Assembly," which was released in March 2021, is a compilation of the best of Strummer's solo career and his work with the Mescaleros, including "Cover Girl," "Johnny Appleseed," a cover of Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" and "Love Kills" from the "Sid and Nancy" soundtrack. Also included on the 16-track album are three previously unreleased live performances: the Clash's "I Fought the Law" and "Rudie Can't Fail," as well as an acoustic rendition of "Junco Partner."
