FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- American Changer Corp. reports that it has completed an asset purchase agreement with Rowe Bill Changer LLC (Richland Hills, TX), a long-time manufacturer and marketer of self-service money changers for industries ranging from amusements and full-line vending to commercial car washes and coin-operated laundries. Rowe Bill Changers had been a division of Valley-Dynamo since that company acquired it from AMI Entertainment Network (Philadelphia, PA) in 1994.

Under terms of the pact, Rowe changers and parts will continue to be sold under the Rowe tradename and trademark, which has been associated with quality and dependability for more than 50 years. Products and services will be provided from American Changer's manufacturing and corporate center in Fort Lauderdale.
