Almark Foods, a manufacturer of hard-boiled eggs for retail and foodservice, has named Rick Anderson as the new chief executive officer.

Anderson was most recently the CEO of Gold Coast Bakeries, and brings more than 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry of branded, private label and co-packed products.
