Ali Group acquires ice machine maker Kold-Draft International

Ali Group, a foodservice equipment provider, has acquired Kold-Draft International, an ice machine manufacturer, from The Legacy Companies based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, according to a press release. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"This latest acquisition provides us with one of the industry's most unique and well-known ice shapes and further enhances our portfolio in the ice machine segment," Filippo Berti, Ali Group's CEO and chairman, said in the press release.
