AirVote, a self-service, real-time customer feedback platform, has added asset and geolocation tracking capabilities to its service portfolio. In addition to gathering customer feedback, AirVote QR smileys can now track field equipment or facilities, such as portable restrooms, according to a press release.
"We discovered that the service was especially welcomed by the companies who serve customers in the field. Industries such as portable sanitation, vending, office equipment rentals are just a few examples," Dmitri Poukhovski, AirVote founder and CEO, said in the release. "By using AirVote for asset tagging, a business gets not only a traditional unique 'asset tag' but also an engine that generates customer service metrics and alerts day after day, month after month, year after year."
