PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- Accent Food Services has named Dawn Piscitelli chief commercial officer. She will lead strategy for the customer and consumer experience and will lead and support Accent's 35-person sales and marketing team. She will report directly to chief executive Josh Rosenberg.
 
Piscitelli is a 20-year marketing and sales veteran. She spent the past year working with Accent in go-to-market strategies and messaging. Prior to that, she oversaw marketing, product development and business development for a private-equity backed healthy foods quickservice restaurant.
 
During her years in New York and Atlanta, Accent's new CCO served as vice-president of strategy at MDC Partners where she was also the leader of the brand strategy practice for several of their partner agencies. As a consultant, she has guided and delivered growth for clients including Pfizer, Colgate-Palmolive, MillerCoors, and Del Monte. In addition to consulting, she has worked on the client side in marketing for Proctor & Gamble, Mars Inc. and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
 
Piscitelli, who lives in Austin, TX, is a mentor for SKU, a local product incubator where she guides entrepreneurs in sales and marketing.
