Accent Food Services Adds Virginias LL Delivery To Its Vending Operation

PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- Accent Food Services has acquired L&L Delivery Inc. of Warrenton, VA. This is AFS's 14th acquisition this year and the second asset for its new mid-Atlantic division. 

L&L, which has been family-owned for more than 32 years, will be combined with Accent's recent acquisition of Merrifield Vending to form the company's base of operations in northern Virginia. Lester Lauber, L&L's former owner, will continue to manage L&L's business.

"L&L provides us with the scale and additional talent to continue our growth in the northern Virginia market," said Accent chief executive Josh Rosenberg. "We are excited to welcome Lester and his team onboard."

Accent Food Services, based in Pflugerville, TX, operates in 10 states and the District of Columbia. 

Marc Rosset, founder of Chicago-based Professional Vending Consultants Inc., served as intermediary for both parties during the transaction.
