365 Retail Markets assumes full ownership of Impulsify Inc.

365 Retail Markets, a global provider of unattended retail technology, has acquired Impulsify Inc., a Denver-based hotel grab-and-go retail technology firm, according to a press release.
The two companies will work together to remove barriers in the hospitality sector and provide more technology-forward solutions compared to more traditional vending mechanisms.

This acquisition allows the companies to continue to contribute to their respective growth strategies.
