365 Retail Markets appoints CTO, VP of sales, announces retirements

365 Retail Markets, a company specializing in unattended retail technologies, has appointed Anton Rakushkin as chief technology officer and Bill Reidy as VP of sales for North America, according to a press release. The appointments come as two long-time leaders, Joe Rogan and John Chidiac, retire after significant contributions to the company.

Rakushkin brings 20 years of retail technology experience, including a key role in developing Vendmax, a widely used vending management system. Reidy joins with over 30 years of sales leadership experience, most recently in the automotive technology sector.

"These additions will be crucial as we continue to grow," Joe Hessling, CEO of 365 Retail Markets, said in the release.

Rogan, who served as chief strategy officer and previously as CFO, will retire effective December 31, 2024, and remain in an advisory role. Chidiac, who served as COO and president of International, will also retire at the end of the year.

Hessling expressed his gratitude for the contributions of both Rogan and Chidiac, acknowledging their instrumental roles in the company's success.
