A total of 26 employees have tested positive for COVID-19 at an Ontario Kraft Heinz food processing plant, which was four times more than state officials had indicated, leading to a week-long shutdown of the plant, according to a Malheur Enterprise report.

Company spokesperson Michael Mullen said the facility was closed and deep cleaned from June 30 to July 8, and that most of the 26 employees who tested positive have been cleared by their health care professionals to return to work.
