COLORADO SPRING, CO -- The Three Amigos liberate their inner Blues Brothers for the opening session of this year's Face to Face Entertainment Conference (F2FEC). From left, they are Rick Iceberg, C.J. Barrymores (Clinton Township, MI); Ben Jones, Live Oak Bank (Wilmington, NC); and George Smith, Family Entertainment Group (Itasca, IL). The theme of the 2018 F2FEC, the fourth in a continuing series, was "Soul" – an essential part of differentiating a business from its competition. Here, the Amigos greet conference-goers to the accompaniment of "Soul Man," originally a hit for Sam & Dave (1967) and then again for Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi in 1978. The song was written by Isaac Hayes.
