12-year-old Houston student vending his way to success

A young entrepreneur in Houston is taking the business world by storm, already owning and operating three vending machines by the age of 12, according to a Fox 26 report. Anthony Alvarado's journey began with an ambitious plan — to become the first millionaire in his family.

"I first started with a box of chocolates that my mom blessed me with," Alvarado told the news outlet. "After that, I went to events that taught me how to make a business, how to save and manage my money."

With guidance from a business coach, Anthony learned valuable financial principles and how to invest his earnings. This knowledge allowed him to transition from selling candy bars to owning vending machines, generating income while he focuses on school.
