Weider Vending Machine Delivers Freshly Blended Protein Shakes

GILBERT, AZ -- Weider Global Nutrition, a marketer of nutritional supplements and sports nutrition products, is targeting fitness buffs with an automated protein shake machine that blends and dispenses a drink in less than 20 seconds.

The Weider Pro Shake Machine has the capacity to store five different Weider-brand soluble protein, weight loss and electrolyte products. Choices include Protein, Pre Work Out, Post Work Out, Diet, Energy and Immune.

The internal mixing components blend the protein product and water at 13,000 RPM, delivering a smooth shake. The machine's 8" touchscreen LCD display provides the nutritional information for each selection and can be customized with personalized videos and promotions.

Other features include high-capacity drip tray with level sensor and drain, LED lighting for cup illumination, and internal display and keyboard for programming.

The stainless steel machine, designed in Europe, can be fitted with bill and coin acceptance, and a reader for credit and debit card transactions. It also supports mobile payments likeApple Pay.

It measures 17.6" D., 34.4" H. and 17.3" W. and plugs into a standard 110/120v. outlet. It can draw water from a 5-gallon jug or be plumbed to a water line; the latter requires a filter. Programmable cleaning cycles run every one to four hours.
