New Breakfast Sandwiches Satisfy Big Az Appetites

CINCINNATI -- AdvancePierre Foods has added two breakfast varieties to its Big Az sandwich line. The 2X biscuit features two sausage patties and two slices of cheese, and the Breakfast Stacker is piled high with sausage, bacon, egg and cheese. The hand-assembled sandwiches, both served on home-style buttermilk biscuits, are individually labeled and wrapped in white butcher paper for fresh-made appeal.

The sandwiches can be sold hot from a sandwich warmer or microwaved on demand from a micromarket cold case or refrigerated vending machine. They have a 14-day refrigerated, nine-month frozen, shelf life and are packed in 8-ct. cases.
