NAMA Video Provides Coffee Service Overview

CHICAGO -- In a new video, the National Automatic Merchandising Association provides a brief overview of the coffee service segment of the vending industry. It was produced to serve as a tool for operators to share with key stakeholders.

"At the same time, our team will use it throughout the country to support government affairs activities to communicate important elements of coffee service, including business growth opportunities, consumer benefits as well as the coffee production process," said NAMA chair-elect Howard Chapman.

NAMA vice-president of marketing and communications Roni Moore said the video will help ensure consumers, lawmakers and new industry members have a better understanding of the breadth and scope of the workplace coffee, tea and water channel.

She said the vending association plans to develop more videos in 2015 to help members more broadly share the industry's story.
