THOMASVILLE, GA -- Flowers Foods is appealing to nutrition-minded consumers with its new Mrs. Freshley's 7-Grain cookies.

The cookies feature rough-cut whole grains for a homestyle texture and are topped with a chocolate drizzle. They contain 12g. of whole grains per 2-oz., 2-ct. single-serve pack.

Also new are 7 Grain Creme Cookies, two hearty cookies sandwiched together with a sweet, creamy filling. Each creme cookie has 5g. of whole grains per serving. They are available in 8.5-oz, 8-ct., multipack boxes, suitable for sale in micromarkets.
