Mars Unwraps Snickers Twix And Dove Innovations

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ -- Mars Chocolate North America is rolling out extensions to its popular Snickers, Twix and Dove brands.

Dove Chocolate Fruit & Nut in a 5.5-oz. pouch combines real fruit and spiced nuts with Dove chocolate and is available in strawberry and cocoa almond; blueberry and vanilla cashew; and raspberry and honey roasted almond varieties. The suggested retail price is $3.99 to $4.29.

Hitting the market in October, Twix White Chocolate features two crunchy cookie bars covered with caramel and enrobed in white chocolate. It will retail for a suggested 99¢ to $1.09 for a single package of two bars.

Set to launch in December, Snickers Hazelnut adds hazelnuts to the brand's signature peanuts, caramel and nougat covered in milk chocolate. Its SRP is 99¢ to $1.09 for a 1.76-oz. single and $1.69 to $1.79 for a 3.23-oz. "2 to Go" bar.
