Gourmet Tuna Kits Make Vending And Micromarket Debut

MILPITAS, CA -- My Gourmet Products takes convenience food upscale with its line of gourmet tuna kits in six varieties. Each 3.5-oz. kit includes a can of ready-to-eat tuna made with fresh-cut vegetables, mayonnaise and bold seasonings, along with crackers and a spoon. Varieties include plain tuna salad; rosemary and sundried tomato; mild spicy; jalapeno and chunky tomato; celery and relish; and capers and onions.
