SCHILLER PARK, IL -- The Sheraton Four Points – Chicago O'Hare Airport hotel here is the campus for the next presentation of Foundations Entertainment University 2.0. It's set for July 16 through 18, and will be the 49th class in the educational institution's 17-year history. It is the longest-running standalone educational program for the out-of-home family entertainment center business.
Class 49 participants who complete the 2 1/2-day course will have access to exclusive discounts, products and promotions currently valued at over $25,000 through a new "Buyers Power" purchase program. This initiative will continue to grow in value as more sponsors submit promotional packages in the coming weeks.
Foundations was established to bring together enterprising, successful amusement industry pioneers for a comprehensive learning experience, from planning and design through managing the business for longterm success.
FEU creator Frank Seninsky, who heads Amusement Entertainment Management and Alpha-Omega Group (E. Brunswick, NJ), reports that the institution's sponsors and speakers are committed to expanding the buying power of the program's graduates as they make purchasing decisions and draft business plans for financial stability.
To achieve this, a growing roster of leading product and service purveyors are offering exclusive deals to FEU graduates. These are designed to appeal to every FEC and are valued anywhere from $100 to $5,700 and up.
Tuition for the FEU 2.0 program is $395 for early-bird registrants (those enrolling before July 1) and $495 thereafter.
If two or more or more people from the same company wish to attend, the first registrant pays full tuition and each additional participant receives a 50% discount.
Discounted hotel room rates also are available to early birds. Enrollment closes on July 15.
