She is survived by her parents, Jim and Cindy Roe; her son Austin; and many other family members.& "The Roe family appreciates your prayers during this extremely trying time," Babich said.

In a small company and niche industry like ours, you get to know the people you work with well and they impact your life.  Jim, in the years that you have been a member of our team you have left a big impact on us all. It has been said that a daughter needs her dad to be the standard against which she will judge all men.  Jim you have been a standard in all our lives and for that we thank you. Life is to be celebrated and we would like to honor and celebrate Farrah."
