Cheesewich A Sandwich Minus The Bread

LYONS, IL -- The Cheesewich Factory's namesake convenience food "sandwiches" a piece of salami between two slices of cheese and is carb-free and gluten-free. The 2.5-oz. vacuum-sealed sandwiches have 14g. to 16g. of protein and are available in Colby jack, mild cheddar and pepper jack varieties. They have a six-month refrigerated shelf life and are packed in 96-ct. cases.
