SAN FRANCISCO -- Cantaloupe Systems, headquartered here, will hold its inaugural Seed University training workshop in Dallas on Oct. 24 and 25. Participants will earn Seed University Professional Certification upon successful completion of the course.
The in-person training seminar provides tools for Seed users to be successful at managing, implementing and executing the suite of products that make up Cantaloupe's Seed platform. The Seed device is the hardware at the core of Cantaloupe's software products, including Seed Pro and Seed Office.
After completing the two-day seminar, participants will know the basics of Seed, best practices related to scheduling, prekitting and merchandising, and how to use Seed Office to manage back-office functions. Additional sessions will cover Seed Delivery for office coffee services and Seed Markets for micromarkets.
"With changes in personnel or employees' roles shifting, operators may not always have the time to provide comprehensive training to leverage the technology they've invested in for their businesses," said Cantaloupe Systems cofounder and president Anant Agrawal.
The goal of Seed University, he added, is to take the responsibility of training everyday Seed users out of the operator's hands, and return their employees with knowledge of Seed's best practices.
Seed University is only open to existing Cantaloupe customers. Click to learn more or register.
