Avanti And Byndl Debut Micromarket Customer Relationship Management Platform

TUKWILA, WA -- Avanti Markets and Byndl LLC are offering a customer relationship management platform for micromarket operators and end-users. Avanti said operators will benefit from enterprise-class support using centralized case management tools that enable end-to-end management, faster resolution times and improved communications.

This will also extend to the consumer experience, delivered by the Avanti mobile app, powered by Byndl, which ships this summer. Consumers will be able to touch the app to create a support request that will be delivered directly to the operator. This new automated support "concierge service" will deliver instant notifications through text messaging and email to the operator, outlining the support issue and providing consumer contact information.

"This is simply game-changing for our operators," said Avanti Markets and Byndl president Lori Salow Marshall. "We are allowing our operators to provide near real-time support to their consumers, while alleviating some of the customer support burden for their location managers."

In combination with its CRM, Avanti will identify the kiosk, consumer and operator related to any given support issue, and will store all relevant historical data for future reference by management.

In related news, Avanti has assigned regional micromarket experts to work with operators who license its products. These experts will recommend operational strategies at the local level.

Avanti Markets took majority ownership of Byndl earlier this year, leveraging its interface to drive mobile-payment end-user promotions to a higher level. Byndl expands the opportunities for consumer engagement at digital signs, kiosks, vending machines and micromarkets through mobile apps and devices. The Byndl platform provides a combination of tools and services to enable "full life-cycle" interaction with the consumer -- from demand generation through payment and loyalty program management to customer support -- via a mobile app.
