SAN DIEGO, CA -- Generation Next Franchise Brands said it has hired Anthony Mauriello as general counsel and Tabitha Burke as vice-president of franchise development. The appointments are expected to add strength and experience to the company's future initiatives.
Mauriello comes to Generation Next with a background in corporate transactional law, focusing on public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and venture capital finance. He served with international law firms, including Skadden Arps, Latham & Watkins, and Wilson Sonsini for 14 years before joining Generation Next as its first full-time general counsel. He is licensed to practice law in California and New York, and is an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law.
Burke's prior experience includes senior roles at both Flippin' Pizza International (San Diego) and HDOS Enterprises (Carlsbad, CA). In her new post, she will be in charge of the development, implementation and direction of franchise relations to facilitate Generation Next's continued growth. She is a graduate of Phoenix University in San Diego.
Generation Next's franchise brands include Fresh Healthy Vending, Reis & Irvy's robotic frozen yogurt venders and 19 Degrees frozen yogurt vending kiosks.
