WOOD DALE, IL -- Speedy's One Stop Repair Service has announced that it is partnering with General Touch Technology Co. Ltd. as an authorized service center for that company's touchscreens, touch monitors and all-in-one computers used by the gaming and retail industries, in kiosks and in finance, healthcare and education applications.

Speedy's reports that it plans to bolster General Touch's reputation for customer service and proven reliability by offering quick turnaround time. Speedy's factory-trained technicians will repair General Touch units in or out of warranty.

"The Speedy's team understands that monitor downtime translates to lost revenues," the repair service explained, "so we strive to get equipment back into operation as quickly as possible."

GeneralTouch, based in Chengdu, China, was founded in 2000 and now has two factories in operation.

Speedy's One Stop Repair Service was established more than four decades ago by Namco USA Inc. to support its own equipment. Speedy's subsequently expanded to offer its services, including board-level repair on most amusement devices and brands, to coin-op distributors, route operators and family entertainment centers.
