SAN DIEGO -- Fresh Healthy Vending International Inc. has officially changed its corporate name to Generation Next Franchise Brands.

The name change is intended to better represent the company's expansion into new franchise concepts. As Generation Next Franchise Brands, the company's three global concepts will include the original Fresh Healthy Vending, the recently launched Reis and Irvy's frozen yogurt vending machine franchise and the recently announced corporate-owned 19 Degrees Premium Frozen Yogurt, a corporate-focused brand extension of the frozen yogurt machines.

The Reis & Irvy's robotic kiosks dispense custom frozen yogurt creations and offer nine flavors and six choices of toppings within 60 seconds or less.

Next Franchise Brands chairman Nick Yates said the company is planning to add five additional concepts within the next five years.

"With the addition of Reis & Irvy's to our portfolio, the continuation of our Fresh Healthy Vending brand and the potential opportunities that we are already seeing with our newly developed 19 Degrees initiative, we felt it was time to position ourselves not as a one-concept company, but as the ambassador to multiple franchise opportunities," said Yates.

FHV claims to have 245 franchisees throughout the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas serving locations including schools, universities, hospitals, community centers, military bases, airports and fitness facilities.
