NASHVILLE, TN -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association's Emerging Leaders Network Steering Committee will present "New Services for the Workplace Café" at its Coffee, Tea and Water show on Thursday, Nov. 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. CTW runs Nov. 8-10 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center here.

Convention-goers will hear from a panel of millennials on new product, service and technology trends. They will also discuss better-for-you options and workplace environment trends and close with a Q&A session.

"Millennials are estimated to make up nearly half of the workforce by 2020," said ELN steering committee member and panelist Danielle Lee. "This generation is reaching its peak spending years, and we can expect their spending habits to increase by nearly 15%. So what does that mean for your company? Are you wondering how you can reach and connect with this generation?"

Emerging Leaders, NAMA members aged 40 or younger, are pursuing a higher level of professionalism in the vending industry. The ELN Steering Committee said education is its No. 1 goal for 2016-17.
