Most anticipated will be the April debut of M&M's Caramel, which Mars is touting as the biggest launch in the brand's history. Packaged in a bright blue bag, the new take on the iconic brand features a creamy caramel center covered in milk chocolate, enclosed in the signature colorful candy shell. It will be available in 1.41-oz. singles, 2.83-oz. sharing size and 9.9-oz. stand-up pouch sharing size.

Available for a limited time now, with final orders due Jan. 31, 1.62-oz. Twix White Chocolate bars feature the classic two crunchy cookie bars covered with smooth caramel, enrobed in white chocolate.

Another line extension set for a December launch is Snickers & Hazelnut bar, featuring the classic Snickers peanuts, caramel and nougat covered in milk chocolate -- with the addition of hazelnuts. It will be available in 1.76-oz. single and 3.23-oz. "2 to Go" sizes.

Two new Dove Fruit varieties will join the line in December: mixed berries featuring strawberries, blueberries and cranberries, and cherry and sea salt almond, both dipped in dark chocolate. They will be packaged in a 5.5-oz. standup pouch.

Also in December, three new flavors will join Mars's gluten-free Goodnessknows fruit and nut square line. They are whole nut and dark chocolate -- blueberry and almond, mixed berry and almond and strawberry and peanut. The line, launched nationally in 2015, comes in 1.2-oz. singles.

Set to debut in the U.S. in January is Maltesers, the No. 1 bite-size chocolate brand in the UK, which features a crispy, airy center wrapped in a chocolaty covering. It will be available in 1.3-oz. singles, 3-oz. theater boxes and 3.52-oz. peg bags.

New from Wrigley, Doublemint Perfectly Sweet, launching in December, will offer a new choice for consumers seeking gum sweetened only with real sugar with Doublemint's signature taste. It will be packaged in a 12-stick envelope pack.

Coming in January, Orbit White, will be in a soft chew form, bigger in size than current Orbit pellets. It will be offered in sugar-free spearmint and peppermint in 40-ct. bottles.

Rounding out the Wrigley line extensions, Juicy Fruit America Pop will arrive in May. Each stick contains a blend of cherry, lemon and blue raspberry flavors, with the flavor of the red, white and blue ice pops in a 15-stick "slim pack."
