Ltd., a manufacturer of payment technology solutions, has introduced its UPT1000 all-in-one unattended payment solution in the U.S. It can be installed in vending machines, self-service retail kiosks, and transportation and parking devices.

The UPT1000 features a magstripe, chip and contactless reader; the latter capability supports mobile payments from Apple, Android and Samsung phones. It comes in two versions. One features a 2.4" color display with a physical keypad; the other has a 3.5" capacitive touchscreen that displays ads, nutritional information and video content, and enables multiple orders. The technology is compatible with 3G, Bluetooth, Ethernet and iBeacon communication options.

The UPT1000 meets the latest EMV and PCI security standards, according to the manufacturer. It is certified to First Data's Nashville platform via Code and Go, Castles' semi-integrated direct-to-host system.
