WHITTIER, CA -- Pop N Go Inc. said it expects to ship its Model N9000 popcorn vender in late June. The company previously announced that it began production in April and moved manufacturing to AVT's plant in Corona, CA. The company is targeting $3 million in orders for 2010.

The Pop N Go machine delivers fresh-popped popcorn while showcasing video content through a 22" LCD topper. It employs AVT's PC-based vending technology.

Separately, Pop N Go said that Fastfliks, its Canadian distributor, and an operator of automated DVD rental machines, has secured "three high-traffic locations" for the Model 9000 test. They are reportedly Union Station in Toronto, Wal-Mart headquarters in Mississauga and one of Canada's largest hospitals. A nationwide rollout will follow, according to Fastfliks chief executive Tony Fusco, who added that popcorn machines will be collocated with DVD kiosks wherever possible.
