LOS ANGELES -- The world's largest hotel chain has certified Marley Coffee as one of its endorsed suppliers, according to an announcement by Marley.

As an endorsed supplier for Best Western Hotels, Marley said its products have been approved for a variety of in-room coffee service solutions. This might include its new Real Cup single-serve capsules, which are compatible with most Keurig brewers, along with single-serve pods and traditional four-cup hotel room packets.

The agreement follows Marley Coffee's participation at the Best Western North American Convention Products Showcase held mid-October in Las Vegas. During the exhibit, thousands of independent owners of Best Western hotels had the opportunity to learn about Marley Coffee and meet with its cofounder Rohan Marley, the coffee roaster said.

Best Western International Inc. operates 4,195 Best Western Hotel brands in hotels in nearly 80 countries. The chain, headquartered in Phoenix, has more than 2,000 hotels in North America alone.

"This is a huge channel for us and we plan on putting substantial resources into growing this division," said Marley chief executive Brent Toevs.
