ZoomSystems Machines Deliver TSA-Friendly Toiletries To Airport Travelers

vending, Zoom Systems, 3Flo NEW YORK CITY -- Airport travelers will have easy access to Transportation Security Administration-friendly sizes of health and beauty essentials like toothpaste and deodorant through conveniently located ZoomSystems vending machines.

3Floz, a three-year-old New York-based supplier of small-size toiletries, has partnered with San Francisco-based ZoomSystems to sell its products through its automated shops at airports.

3Floz co-founders Kate Duff and Alexi Mintz said they plan to roll out 25 automated "3Floz."-branded ZoomShops in some of the nation's busiest airports later this year. carries more than 50 beauty, grooming and personal care brands. Its founders said they have not yet finalized the product selection for the airport vending machines, but it will be a mix of core, often-forgotten items such as sunscreen, hairspray and toothpaste, and novelty products like travel kits and other giftable items.

"This expansion is a logical next step in our strategy to provide our customers a curated selection of travel products directly at their 'point of travel'," added Mintz. "It's the convenience of what we offer and where we offer it that will keep discerning travelers loyal to our brand."

ZoomSystems automated stores dispense everything from high-end electronics to cosmetics and are located in high-traffic locations such as airports, shopping centers, military bases and retail stores. More than 1,000 ZoomShops are in operation across the U.S., Europe and Japan.
