LAS VEGAS – The National Bulk Vendors Association is reporting a sell-out of booth space for the upcoming Amusement Expo 2018. According to association officials, the allotted space for bulk vending suppliers and manufacturers has sold out in record time. Industry veterans credit a return to Las Vegas along with a recent uptick in NBVA membership for exhibitor enthusiasm.

Once again collocated with Amusement Expo International, the convention is currently scheduled to take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Feb. 27 to Mar. 1. Returning to Las Vegas after last year's sojourn in Dallas, the 2018 event marks the eighth consecutive year that the NBVA will collocate its convention with Amusement Expo. However, as NBVA officials noted, the upcoming event is the earliest the association has sold out its available booth space in recent memory, leaving officials debating an expansion of its traditional pavilion within the larger show.

"This is among the largest number of exhibitors we've had for the show," said NBVA administrator Amy Contre. "And it's certainly among the fastest selling in terms of booth space. It could be the state of the industry, the economy is better, and people are learning the collocated show is better business." As Contre noted, exhibiting companies have not only made their decisions early this year, but have either booked the same size or increased the size of their booths.
