Valley-Dynamo" RICHLAND HILLS, TX -- The new Fire Storm air hockey table from Valley-Dynamo retains time-proven features while offering a striking new look. The company reports that it was developed in response to operator interest in a table incorporating the service, play and scoring features of the popular Hot Flash II, but providing an alternative for locations favoring a more colorful, futuristic appearance.

"A bold, new overhead design, new graphics and a neon orange and black color scheme take the blacklight-reactive look of the popular Hot Flash II to a striking new level," Valley-Dynamo reported.

Accented by LED chase lighting around the table perimeter and topped off with a visually arresting arched support for the overhead illuminator and scoring display, Fire Storm also incorporates a new sound system based on powerful 200W. speakers. Repositioned at the ends of the table behind the puck return and directly facing the players, these provide room-filling hockey sounds and, in conjunction with the perimeter lighting array, provide an immersive, interactive experience.

The new Fire Storm is 99.5" long x 51.5" wide x 71" high (to the top of the overhead assembly), and features the same solid construction and proven components as its predecessors and stablemates. Like all Dynamo air hockey tables, Fire Storm is equipped with the Dyna-Blast blower system to provide consistent, powerful laminar flow for fast play action, an easily removable playfield formed of impact-resistant Formica and quick-entry goal end design. Extensive commonality of components across the Dynamo Air Hockey line makes life easier for operators' parts departments, the manufacturer pointed out.

The new piece also continues the Dynamo tradition of easy-adjust leg levelers for one-person setup, a durable laminate cabinet, jam-proof infrared optical scoring assembly and cheat-proof coin mechanism. The highly visible scoring displays are mounted in the overhead assembly; an optional side scoring display is available.
