HUDSON, WI -- Three Square Market, a subsidiary of TW Vending, has appointed a network of wholesale vending equipment distributors to sell and support its new micromarkets nationwide.

"We have been a vending company since 1995, a jail services provider since 1998 and have a valued two-decade relationship with our original vending supplier," said TW Vending chief executive Todd Westby. "We can try and replicate their relationships across the country in a labor-intensive effort, or we can utilize their expertise, relationships and resources to rapidly grow our brand."

He said the company, a subsidiary of Hudson, WI-based TW Vending, has partnered with an initial core group of distributors that will represent its kiosks in more than 30 states. It is equipping these distributors and their sales teams with showroom displays and mobile demonstration kiosks, and will announce who they are, once they are fully trained to sell the micromarkets. Three Square will also add distributors in parts of the county not covered by this initial core group.

Three Square offers a variety of kiosk types, market layouts and service. The system is built on the same technology and processes as its corrections industry kiosk system that has been in use since 2002. | SEE STORY

"Our kiosks are 60% to 70% below the existing market prices; thus we have opened the door for vending operators to look at sites as low as 50 employees," Westby said. "This has dramatically increased potential sites for all operators and we believe that our valued distributor partners will now be able to quickly capture market share through their long-standing relationships and convert numerous accounts previously untouched".

Three Square reports that it is already making its mark in the micromarket arena, with more than130 new markets slated to open by August and deployment of another 150 markets in the works.
