TechAtAClick Links ATM Owners, Technicians; Facilitates Service Calls

WOODBRIDGE, NJ - TechAtAClick is launching a new application that allows automated teller machine owners and skilled field technicians to connect, schedule and manage their service calls from start to finish.

The brainchild of ATM industry veteran Samir Kadi, the new application provides an easy-to-use interface for scheduling, selecting technician levels and more. It's slated for rollout at the National ATM Institute's NAC2019 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.

Designed to provide convenient ATM service at the touch of a button, TechAtAClick is a location-based app that streamlines and simplifies ATM service and repairs calls for ATM owners and technicians alike. Using Geo tracking, ATM owners and skilled field technicians are paired, based on location. TechAtAClick's state-of-the-art technology allows owners to avoid downtime by addressing the needs of their ATMs immediately and monitoring the progress of the tech in real time.

ATM technicians signed up for the service benefit from automated features that streamline service call processing and help eliminate paperwork. TechAtAClick allows techs to choose their own hours, and to review appointments prior to accepting a call. The program also offers Geo tracking route navigation, easy parts ordering and automated contract generation when jobs are accepted. To make service even easier, TechAtAClick is integrated with error-code look-up and technical videos.

ATM owners using TechAtAClick can generate service calls with local technicians for anything from on-demand emergency repairs to regularly scheduled software updates and general maintenance. By logging onto TechAtAClick, the owner can schedule an appointment at a convenient time. The app provides ATM owners and operators with error code alerts, real-time monitoring of service calls and transparent cost structures.

TechAtAClick can be branded by large ATM deployers, cash-in-transit companies and service providers, Kadi explained. "And we are working to expand its capabilities even further," he added.

TechAtAClick is currently running its ATM service connection application in New York, and plans to go live in selected cities in early 2020. The company is now accepting technician registrations nationwide.
